Guide me Regarding Updated Appendix Chart A

Greeting Everyone !

I recently received E-mail from CAC that now i am into my final Processing and that they require my Passport and some documents to be filled with my recent photographs. I am just confused on the Updated Chart Appendix A. I am being sponsored by my Dad living in Canada atm. So, on the Chart there is the first column that says "Principal Applicant Name". So in my case who is going to be the Principal Applicant Me or my Dad?

Second there is another column written "Spouse/Partner". So who is gonna be my Partner? For the record i an under the age of 18. And my Dad is gonna come into my country and from there I'll fly with him to Canada. Who should i write in the Spouse/Partner column? My Dad? Or do i just leave it blank?

If i could get a detailed Answer Thank You Very Much.

Oh i forgot. In the E-mail they asked for "recent for Photographs of you and accompanying person". Does that mean i have to send them my Dad's Picture as he will be accompanying me to Canada. He is in Canada Right now. How will he send me his Pictures? Please Clarify this too.
