I’m seeking some guidance regarding my Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) application submitted from India on January 25, 2025. Here are the key updates so far: Application Submitted: January 27, 2025
Biometric Request Received: January 28, 2025
Biometric Enrollment Completed: January 29, 2025 (Enrollment Date: January 30, 2025)
Medical Test Request Received: March 17, 2025
Medical Test Completed: March 19, 2025
I wanted to know what the next steps are in the process and if there’s anything else I need to do at this stage. I would really appreciate any insights or guidance from those who have gone through this process.

If spouse is in Canada on study permit or PGWP, then post under foreign workers with your spouse’s NOC and wage.

If you qualify for an SOWP you wait. Processing is very slow.
