Guidance on Documents to be submitted

Dear Fellows...

I had submitted Simplified Application last year, Got AOR, and is into 38 categories... London office has requested to submit forms and other documents within 120 days from the letter date.

This is what I have prepared. Please advise if there is something wrong:

1. Forms
IMM0008, IMM0008 Schedule 1 (Self+Spouse), IMM 5406 (Self+Spouse), IMM0008 Schedule 3

2. Identity & Civil Status & Photos
a. ID Cards = Notarized Copies for Self + Spouse
b. Birth Certificates = Notarized Copies for Self + Spouse + Kids
Certified English Translation of Arabic Birth Cert. for Kids
c. Marriage Certificate = Certified English Translation and Attested

3. Educational Qualification
Notarized Copies of BS Degree, Transcripts, Higher Secondary, Secondary Certificates.
Above sent to Engineers Canada for Assessment (Waiting for Report)

4. Work Experience
a. Original from Current Employer stating Salary, Job Title, Main Duties
b. Notarized Copies of Previous Job Experience Letters

5. Language
Waiting for IELTS Score

6. Relative in Canada - Uncle of Spouse
Canadian Passport Copy, Landing Paper, Original Credit Card Statements in Canada, Original Utility Bills in Canada

7. Proof of Funds
a. Original Bank Statement for 2 months
b. Original Certified Assessment of Home in Pakistan

8. Police Clearance
Original Police Clearance from all countries lived in for Self & Spouse

9. Passport Copies
Notarized copies of passports.

Please advise if there is something wrong with what I am planning to submit.

1. They may request your university transcripts in "university sealed envelopes" other than that it looks fine to me.

My Graduation is from Pakistan and I read they do not provide any original transcripts... I have sent attested copies for assessment to Engineers Canada and they say the assessment report will be provided in 4-6 weeks. I believe they do perform verification with your university.

Any Comments on Work Experience... Proof of Funds...

Nope, looks fine to meet, as long as the proof of funds meet the LICO for your family size. It is possible that they may request the originals of the experience letters, but that is a coin toss.

I have three times the required funds for family size...

I am submitting ORIGINAL Experinece for the Current Job which is almost 4 years... in addition to Notarized copies of the previous ones...

It seems ok for what u ve written but still I think u shd also submit copy of ur n ur wife s passports n most importantly the copy of ur Resident Visa in the country of ur current residence,such as if ur in KSA u shd present copy of ur IQAMA.all the best.

I am submitting copies of Passports for the whole family including copy of Residence Permit (IQAMA)...

My dear rupesh ,although I cannot doubt of being as knowledgeable as u are but I think it ll be required as CIC needs to calculate ur years of study and SSC certificate is a good proof for it.But its my own assumption I could be wrong.

I am not sure it is required or not... I am enclosing it since form IMM 0008 Schedule 1 - Section 10 requires to list education inclsuing Secondary, post secondary including University and College...

I am not an expert... Just a Novoice and learning...

By the way ,I just want to tell u the instructions of London Office say,Submit notarized copies of Your POST SECONDARY CERTIFICATES,but actually I ve mine with me so i thought of submitting it.

My 2 cents worth.
I think it is because of the fact that to be a degree holder or to be a "diplomate" you will have done secondary school!!!
