As i am interested in all the 3 programs but have some queries

1]As i have selected 2 pgdp and 1 masters course , which is better[pgdp or ms] in terms of employer perspective?
2]As per my research the above 2 pgs are in high demand , but i need a honest answer from somebody who has actually struggled with it?
3]i do not understand thesis vs course based MS . Do both degree holders race for the same job?
4]Is alberta a better province than Ontario for i.t or atleast well established in i.t industry?
