I think they have (but on a fortnightly) not weekly basis. This is a pure guess. No actual way to predict what CIC is thinking.

Well according to 23rd summit held in November, they said the number of invitees will increase in the coming draws. I think instead of increasing number of invitees they will increase number of draws this year. We might see three to four draw per month with 1500 invitees or if it is fortnightly it will be 2500 to 3000 invitees. With more invitees in one draw there will be work load so they will prefer increasing number of draws.

I also think there will be a draw either today or Friday. Lets see how it goes.
