I just got an update, literally 2mins ago from the lawyer. He said it's approved. Will keep you updated after reading the mail.

Just wanted to check the timeline for others as well . I am still waiting for mine GTS LMIA which was applied on 19 Aug.

Can you please advise for the medicals that I need to undergo after receiving positive GTS LMIA.
Can you advise if this can be done on the same day with biometrics.

I did not have to do Medicals. Not sure about biometrics yet. My lawyers are still working on drafting the work permit application. Did you get any updates on LMIA?

Yes I received approval on my LMIA on 02-Nov.
Now lawyers mentioned that I need to do upfront medical.

I understand, I remember the lawyers mentioned that I was waived from medicals coz I applied from USA so not sure how that works. But, I am curious about fingerprints now. What did they tell you about that?
