Hi Yoelsaf,

This might not be the answer you were expecting, but I would suggest you to inform your sponsors to communicate and seek case update from the CIC thru email or status enquiry if you already have your file number (G Number). It usually takes between 2-4 weeks to get response from them.

I agree with the above advice. Have your sponsors send an enquiry about status. Unfortunately processing times for Ethiopia are very long right now. Around 4.5 years for the full process. Good luck.
