Today very importent day for me my status change from Receive by visa office to In Process i am very very happy does its means i got more then 67 points plz expain and when shall i expect Medicals.

for medical wait for some more days/months if all is goes well then medical will be within 25days to 3months as I know. In-Process at this stage they will may be ask you for some documents too if the CHC needed otherwise just medical request only. so look on e-case regularly and get ready for medical if nothing more documents requiered.
can you tell me whats your application is under which noc and how much points you get means share with us education poins , exp points , dpendents points , IELTS bands for each section S: L: R: W: and total band etc.

Great news Drooza.
Hope the next step (possibly medical request) wont take you that long as me.....
But please be prepared to wait for some long waiting time as long as 5 months since in process as some of the forum members experiencing!! But alongside some might receive it in a week after being In process. Hope the later goes for you.............

Congrats.. mate. There is every possibility to expect for medical request now unless background chk make some delays... You might also be called in for interview just like me!!
