Good read! On the other hand, none of the options they spoke of seem optimistic or positive for us. Unless they go into arbitration right after the labour board meeting, this will just drag on for months. Even for back-to-work legislation, it is estimated to take 2 months to settle the dispute....and of all things, through arbitration again. Lol :o Just give them the damn arbitration, have them go back to work and be done with this. ;D
 
A bit of good news - the hearing took just 3 hours instead of the 2 days previously estimated by PAFSO head. Arbitrator is now making a decison
