Granti visa agents leads to 5 year ban

Respected high commission,
I am kirpal singh bhullar. I got a refusal letter on student visa in may 2018 from high commission, delhi via post office. On that time rather than refusal letter I didn’t got any kind of other official letter which could clarify me why i got refused. My file was represented by the owner of global education solutions Amritsar, mr. Gurpreet singh and his wife harpreet kaur who are now living in canada. i had provide my passport, 10+2 certificate and a (ielts 23 janvuary 2016 certificate) to them on December 2016. They promised me for a guaranteed visa and applied my file twice, first time the just quit the process and then, second time got refused. After that they denied to give my money and documents back, they want my signature on the affidavit that i described in high court petition . Then i filed a case against them in high court, chandigarh. After that, i applied caips notes with the advice of my advocate, after reading the caips notes i was sursprised that i got 5 year ban for misrepresantation , I am totally innocent in this case , i want justice !!

You are responsible for all information included in the visa application (even if the application was filed for you by an agent). IRCC holds you accountable for ensuring all of the information in your visa is accurate and also any errors/misrepresentations. If you were given a 5 year ban for misrepresentation, there's really nothing you can do to reverse this. You'll have to wait out the 5 year ban before applying again to come to Canada.
