Grand father bank statement is applicable for canada?

I would like to know something urgently, my grand father he lives in pakistan is his bank statement along with my father is acceptable for canada?

If your grand father is sponsering you for your studies, his bank account may be relevant. I know many pople in canada, who got their study permit from Islamabad.A number of them are in Concordia Unversity Montreal.I know quite a few in Mc gill . I also met a few im Winpeg.
