Graduate - Indian - T.Y.Bcom - Settle in Canada

I am an Indian National and have completed my Graduation - T.Y.Bcom with 71%, work experience over 15 years.

Wish to study in Canada and possibly settle, please advice if its wise to enroll for a 1 year course - get one year PGWP. will this help from immigration point of view and which PNP is best suitable

You can directly apply for PR from India. You have enough experience.
