i m a recent electrical engineering graduate with 2.46 cgpa out of 4.00
my ielts scores are LWRS= 8 6.5 8 7 overall 7.5
i know i cannot get admission into a university for masters program and i have been told to opt for post gradate diploma or graduate certificate
i have applied to project management and human resource management in 2 colleges in canada and was refused for project management due to unavailability of seats and i got admission offer for human resource management
but some people have told me not to go for it because the visa officer will refuse my visa application on irrelevant study choice even if i apply under SDS policy
i m confused now as i dont know what to do,i cant find any relevant graduate certificate programs offered by colleges
can anyone suggest me what to do? should i go for Human resource management and apply for visa

is there any relevant graduate certificate for electrical engineering graduate? please someone help me i m quite confused and worried
