Hello, I am from India and in my last year of my bachelor. I will be graduating in MAY 2021, can I apply right now in community colleges for the graduate certificate program (Sept 2021)? Since i still have to give the two-semester exam, can I get provisional admission in the colleges for a graduate certificate?

This is an issue with the admissions department of the school you are applying to so ask them.
