Finally, I am back after 4 years with full of hope and positiveness.

Now, I am interested to pursue my Master's Program at Concordia University in 2017 spring/summer. Is there any one who is applying there?

I applied for MEng Industrial Engineering in nov 6 for summer term and my status is "Your file is being assessed and we will notify you when a decision has been made" since nov 14.
I'm a Industrial Engineer, grades around 70%, Toefl 99 (R 26, L 29, S 23, W 21)

I'm afraid I won't get accepted because of my grades. Also I didn't published any articles during undergraduation time :-[

Anyway... Does anyone know if anybody who applied after oct 15 got the application results yet?

You have to be kidding for asking such question. Your profile is impeccable to Concordia as its acceptance rate is very high. Don't worry you will be accepted without giving a second thought. Also, you should consider to apply for TA position given that you already have the experience.
