Hi,

From where should I get the letter as proof of my work experience.
From my supervisor (the professor) or from the university (the human resources department) and what should this letter include.

As per my understanding it should be issued by HR department, if your university doesn't have HR dept. then your immediate boss, professor or director can issue this but must attach his company/visiting card for verification purpose.

thanks, but HR in my university does not specify my duties as research assistantship, so should I include a supplement letter from my supervisor.
And if I just send a letter from my supervisor, will they denied it and ask from a letter from the school

It is clearly mentioned in checklist that experience letter must be on company letter head. So, there is no harm as long as you arrange this letter by your supervisor with specify your duties but make sure it must be on university letter head with visiting card of signing authority.

I think it should be from someone of responsibility so in your case it could be the professor in charge of TAs/RAs or the professor in charge of the class that you TA/RA. I had to get two letters. One, I got from a lady who is the administrator of the graduate programs and the other I got from the professor in charge of the program that I TA for.

I don't have my PR yet so don't know if it will be accepted or not but thought i'd tell you what i did.
