Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello ...

I have two questions.

1)
i am going to apply for FSW. but i have shortage of 3 points. is there any chane that CIO would accept my application with 64 points. As i have a work experience of 2 years a Accountant. which is a highly demanded profession in canada. I have red on "www.canadavisa.com" that, if your points are even lower than 67 you can also apply. depending upon you education and experience cisa officer may accept your application.

2)

if i add my gielfriend's (Common Law Partner) education with me then i would be able to cross 67. i want to know that what documents are to be needed to add common law partner into my application, as i am in pakistan (Muslim State). does the goverment of pakistan allows the relation of common law partner.

if so, then i have to take her with me as a co-applicant or at the time of sending my application to CHC Islamabad, i can apply only my application alone. because she dont want to go abroad, but she would be happy to help me.

Please comment on both situations. it would be better for me to analyse which situation is best.

Very few chances at less then 67. I read cases refused on 66 , CIC wouldnt give any 1 number consideration. But all depends, try to explain in a detailed letter , if you are having less point that what other factors are where do you think you will successfully establish yourself in canada. Its a try only, heavy chances they wont consider less then 67.

My personal opinion, You are not applying to Government of Pakistan but Canada, and common Law partner are accepted in Canada, but things are same, you are living in muslim country, How would you prove that you have 1 year continuos relationship with your girlfreind and etc ? I guess that would be hard to prove. Other, I think you will get Adaptability points from your girlfriend only when she is immigrating with you. Let see what other comment on this.

Well answered mahharrouf.
I personally think he has no chance as, though not sure, Pakistan implements "shariah" and common law partnership is not allowed under "shariah". Even if he is not applying to Pakistan, he needs to prove the relationship in Pakistan, isn't it?

Mahharrouf and Bobby is correct, there is no chance. In addition, you cannot get someone on your application just to get the points and later drop them, well, at least you don't have to say this, you can do this but what if CIC finds out? Also Islamic laws there will not let you prove the Common Law unless you have a different religion than the country's Islamic religion.

Whats up BobbyB, where you had been, any update at your application?

Its better to come into NIKKAH and that “nikkah nama” you can use as a proof of your relationship.
