hi everyone

underwent interview at CHC Chandigarh today morning
visa officer approved my study permit
was asked to pick up passport in the evening
got passport stamped with visa from 19/10/2012 to 31/03/2014

Leaving for canada next week.

Applied for Ontario College Graduate Certificate from Sheridan college(Davis Campus) in Manufacturing Management for January 2013
10th(2006) 80%
12th(2008) 70%
B.tech Mechanical Engineering (2012) 74%

yr i want to knw if our course is of 2 years why embassy give 16 months visa onlyy.?? n wht we'll doo aftr tht.??

Honestly mate I am no expert on this
but in my case I am issued visa 90 days from the end of my course completion(the Visa Officer told me this during the interview)
my course includes two college terms of 4 months(january to april and may to august) and a co-op term of 4 months(september to december)
(4+4+4 = 12 months)
so the course is actually of 1 year and the visa is till 31 march 2014
I think the visa issued is according to the end dates of the course, as it is in my case.

This is all I know, there are a lot of experts here, try contacting them they surely will set you through it.
