There is no comparison between fast track program and co-op program...
fast track program reduces the length of your program...
co-op program allows you to do some practical work in related field with little pay after completion of your studies i.e like an internship.

My dear Laura,,, i would like to let you know that ,,, It is the part of requirements but... It is not necessary to transfer $10,000 in Canadian Bank... The best option is to show all funds in your own or your Sponsor's bank account .... I mean to show this amount on a piece of paper from the bank.. 'The Bank Statement' ...

The Equation comes out to be:

$10,000 + $3,000 (Travelling) + One Year Fee = Around 25,000 CAD
 
I have shown 1 year tuition fee & living expenses in my loan letter apart from my first year fees...
