Oh okay!! I am really sorry. But you should get CAIPS notes and apply again as you still have time.
Yeah maybe you are right but i don't think this will help cause i have done everything that i had to do from myside. Even made strong SOP and explanation letter regarding my previous refusal. So now i won't do anything more.

Yeah you are right. I should have applied for caips note before but i thought it's a general reason for refusal so i just elaborated each point of my previous refusal letter and submitted explanation letter
No doubt, you should have applied for CAIPS. I am an example of rejections and finally got visa in 3rd attempt. I am in transit to Canada today
Yeah helican I have seen your post before. However i haven't got any mail regarding that my passport has been dispatched and also the final decision is totally blank nothing is written there
