Got two SIN letter. One which has SIN number other which says SIN not processed.

I applied for SIN from US by online method and I got two letters from Service Canada. One letter which has my SIN number and other letter which says that my SIN could not be processed because I did not submit relevant documents. Weird.

Had anyone has this experience before ?

I assume that the letter they sent with SIN is the latest - Possibly they wanted to additional document but decided to issue just with the existing documents.
Either way, just go with the one that has SIN. Dont worry about other letter.

Once you move you can walk into the office and verify that its your number.
