Got TRV approved while spousal sponsor in process - should i update sponsor application?

Hi,
We recently applied for spousal sponsor. After that I applied for TRV to visit my wife, which in surprise got approved and I reached Canada by 20th of September. Now my question is that should I update my sponsor application about the TRV which we applied and got approved after submitting sponsor application?

The TRV was issued by IRCC. You don't need to update IRCC with something that they themselves have done.

She does need to update her address to Canada.
