I GOT MY VISA REJECTED TODAY WITH THE REASON GAP IN YEARS UNDER SPP.

is this your first try .....if yes i guess you should try again for january with a very strong SOP.....all the best
 
@fendsits: Is it possible to apply again under SPP ?? All my documents where fine. I had given enough work experience in my gap years. I am still wondering why it got rejected.
 
i dont know about SPP as im not from india but y dont you try applying in general and give them a strong SOP stating your

1. Reason why your going.
2. what advantages you have by studying in canada.
3. explain them why you wont stay back in canada after your studies.
4. your future prospects..

dude i know how you feel i got my visa rejected the first time
then i sent it again.....i hope i get this time.. dont wory everything will be fine
 
oh brothers ! i bray for both of ya.. pray for me too :-) will apply on 20th under spp

The new rule i think states that once a candidate is rejected under spp he/she shall never again be able to apply under spp..like EVER.

Ya this was like a last chance ... Neway I got rejected for no valid reasons... The reason stated was gap years in studies ... But i have given valid work experiences in those period and I donno why they even reject me under the criteria .. This is such an unpredicatable thing.
 
guys i am also in the same situation ...i have one year gap ...my graduation completed on may 2010...till now i free.
and also i didnt provide any fake experience letter....


@ricky----Gap of how many years you have?
 
I had a gap year of 3 years and I gave work experience for 2 and half years all my other documents where fine with 16 lakhs of loan amount, 7 for IETLS, Course of study had perfect match with all my previous studies and occupation. I donno which visa officer checked my file. I got a rejection and I cant apply under SPP again and I have to drop my dream of going canada. Give experience cert: for all the year gaps u have and if possible make a strong SOP.
 
its most recommended not to provide any fake exp .it can be easily caught.better to show some course certificates in the gap.
 
IS YOUR EXPERIENCE MATCHING WITH YOUR CHOSEN COURSE...????OR WITH THE PREVIOUS STUDY

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS STUDY PERCENTAGE , NUMBER OF BACKLOGS IF ANY
AND ABOUT YOUR CHOSEN COURSE....
 
Oh man! rejections such as these really confuse us and increase our tension. Why can't they be a bit more clearer or ,better , not reject at all for applicants that don't fake?

::) ricky if ur sure that u gave nothing fabricated then CHC is not doing a pro stuff ???
 
oh thats sad... but i dont understand why? bec as i heard they dont mind if a person wish to studt at any time regarding age ... I know my relative she was 35 and a house wife suddenly she planned to move to uk and student visa is the easiest option for that time ... keeping in mind she was a house wife with study gap of years... now she has setteled with her family... why not canada .. In canada they allow every one to study .. no matter what age group.
