In response to your email, please be informed that this application is in process. Please be advised that on July 09, 2012 our office sent you your passport along with instructions to undergo a medical examination.

To date, we have received your passport back, however, we still await the results of your medical examination. Please confirm that your medical exam has been conducted.

can you go to the doctor and ask him to send test results again? just a thought dont know if it will work

What was your timeline? It was your doctor's responsibility to send results on time. Print out your email Convo with embassy and show it to your doctor. Let's see what's your doc is going to say then reply to embassy

he posted earlier in another thread that his medical report went to CHC delhi and not CHC islamabad dont know this could have happened? doctor put the wrong address still strange

I reply to Embassy this:

I had done my medical Examinations on 11th of July 2012 from IOM, Karachi PAKISTAN and it was forwarded from IOM Karachi on 19th of July 2012 and reached New Delhi INDIA on 23rd of July 2012.

Medical Done on : 11th of July 2012.
IOM, Karachi Pakistan forwarded to New Delhi INDIA on : 19th of July 2012.
Reached New Delhi INDIA on : 23rd of July 2012.

MEDICAL TRACKING NUMBER : 7387230314 as per MHD ISLAMABAD.

Please Confirm my medical reports from NEW DELHI, INDIA MEDICAL OFFICER as I have no access to contact them. Also Notify me as soon as possible if there is any need of further tests or the medical reports didn't reach safely, then kindly resend me the medical letter, as I have no issue to undergo medical examination again. Would Appreciate for your response.

good response but do go and check with ur doctor it will be much faster than CHC delhi finding ur reports and sending them back to CHC Islamabad......if ur doctor can send them again atleast u will get a tracking number

no this is a DHL tracking number once package is delivered this transaction is done. when delhi sends package DHL will issue a new tracking number. so this tracking number is no good for tracking package from delhi to islamabad. its like the postal stamp once delivered u cant use the same stamp again.

i dont even know if they will send it to islamabad let alone if they will give u a tracking number. ur doctor screwed up and wrote a wrong address on the medical package or DHL(courier service) screwed up and sent the package to delhi either way. u have to make arrangements to get ur medical results to islamabad. one choice u have is to ask CHC delhi to send it to CHC islamabad which accourding to me would be difficult considering CHC email reply time. second option is try to give medical again or asking dorctor to send ur results again with a right address.

Since the Regional Immigration Medical Centre is in New Delhi, that is where the DMP is supposed to send the medical results. What Should I reply them now?

Strange by CHC and DMP, Email them and clear up the situation, I have also received a email yesterday telling me that a new medical letter has been issued to you on 25th September................

same thing happened to me ...
i also got a reply from embassy that they havent recieved my medical yet - i went to the DMP yesterday they said : we cant help u in it - email embassy along with the tracking no . there is no way to track from new delhi ....

i have shared my email on a new post you can check it out ... this is really confusing - how can we prroof them that we have given the medical ..
