HI,

I applied for a tourist visitor visa of Canada to see my brother in law and his family who are resident of Canada. I am currently living in usa and have a work permit of usa, but still get refusal on the bases of following points.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current establishment and ties in your country of residence, and/or your country of citizenship.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I am not sure why they refused as i have a job and have to come back to join my job.

should i appeal for this or resubmit my application

1. Did you recently move to the US?

2. Do post the documents you submitted

3. What was your purpose of your visit (apart from wanting to meet your brother-in-law) + the duration of your visit?

4. What documents did you submit to prove your relationship to your host?

5. What ties can you demonstrate to both the US and your home country?
