You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1) of the
IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for biometrics.

This is the reason I have got for refusal;however, I updated my biometrics. And my biometric status is valid on the IRCC website. What is the issue? Why has It happened? And what I can do about this?
