Got Refusal Today - Pls Help

Would applying to the same visa after the refusal lowers your chances to get it?

I don’t think will lower the chance once you can deal with the refusal reason

The certificate is offered by myself which is nearly 40,000CAD, I will attach my bank statements for past 4 years and will attach the employment letter to show the sources for the deposit certificate . Also I will add two person letters of financial support if we are in need . Do you think it’s secure already to apply again ?

I think for financial sector, those documents would be enough, but I'm not sure the total number of your deposit is enough in the eyes of visa officer. There are two of you, you and your husband, you might want to put more money together. That's just my point of view, of course. I suggest you to find some qualified counsellor for professional advice.
