got refusal in sept 2012 intake under SPP what to do next ?

hi every one . i got refusal in sept 12 intake , few days ago
t he reason metioned in the lettr were that u have not setisfied me that u will not leave canda , nd other reason was my english language abilities . however my IELTS score is 6.0 with no modul less thn 5.5
L-7 , R-5.5 , W-5.5 , S-5.5
so please tell me what should i do now ? should i reapply or not if yes what changes shuld be made/??/

Oh man
c.h.c. Has gone mad.

I don't think they are going to give visa this fall to punjabis, they are just wasting our money, time and efforts.

U buddy, get better ielts score now and apply under general category to for a Uni and show some more funds and strong ties and reasons to come back india (which obiously you don't want to come ;-) ) and write a SOP about it.

my course was office administration in mohwak college , hamilton ,
10th in 2009 frm PSEB 67 % (math 51` , eng 87 )
12th in 2011 PSEB 69 % ( didnt have math , eng -72 , nd also 70 + in main subjects )
IELTS L-7 , R-5.5 , W-5.5 , S-5.5 overall 6.0
1 crore property evaluation , 9 lakh 90thousand loan , but didnt showed much extra funds ,,,

Not an expert but I think You should improve your ielts and get an education loan better luck next time
