Got PR thru Express Entry but...

Hello Everyone,

One of my friend she got her PR thru Express Entry and she did her landing process this week And now she wants go back to India and get married and stay there until her husband gets the PR. Can she do that?
We asked few consultants here in Canada some are saying that is okay she just needs to keep $15000 in her account in Canada. Some are saying she can’t do this at all.

Please advice is it okay to stay in India while her husband’s application is in process?

And i think apart from the funds which she need to maintain, she also need to have a job to show that she can support her husband.

Incorrect. A person is not required to be employed or to have a certain amount of funds to sponsor their spouse.
