ECAS only updates once a day in the early morning. You must have received your PPR after that update. It should reflect DM tomorrow.

Mine didn't change to Decision Made until they actually issued COPR. Nothing was updated in GCKey until then either. Congrats!!

That's not true in my case. I haven't landed yet and it says Decision Made on ECAS and Application Approved on GCKey.

They must have issued your confirmation of PR already then. Cos as far as I know it changes once you get COPR
