Got PNP but EE and IELTS expiring soon

Hi I recently received an email stating formal submission to SINP and payment of processing fees. Since my EE profile as well as IELTS is expiring in about 18 days, just wanted to check if there is a way out - accept PNP let it reflect on ITA and accept ITA
OR
should I wait for current EE profile to expire and then create a new profile, accept PNP, and give another IELTS and then wait for ITA. Many thanks for your guidance in advance!
 
Acually I have no idea, I hope others come to help you, but I would like to ask what was your score for ILETs??

Can you please tell me how to create EE profile and how to register PNP and about SINP submission?
 
If you received an ITA and can submit all your documents before the IELTS expires, you would be fine. As long as your IELTS is valid at the time you submitted all your documents after being invited to apply.
