Got PER But need to correct some Info

I have applied in FSW14 under 0112 NOC.

My file reached on Nov 10 and got PER on Feb 5.

I just realized that I put one info wrong in (I got rejected once for UK visa)

But i have put No in IMME5669 BG Declaration/ Schedule A Form Question 6E


Now i need advise what to do ?

Even i forgot to mention my US Business visa was rejected 2 times, Think we can update this information once we received AOR mail,
Don`t think this is not going to impact our processing time.
