The Nomination Approval Letter say the below --

Your application for a certificate of nomination has been granted under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) subject to the following conditions and/or restrictions:
1. You continue to demonstrate on a reasonable basis an intention to reside in Ontario.

I don't understand the condition. I had provided a letter explaining intent to reside in Ontario, so what is this condition/restriction. Do I need to provide it at later stage again or it means something else?

They are covering themselves against the possibility of you deciding to relocate to another province at any time before you become a PR.
Provinces are getting "ticked off" by applicants not attempting to make a reasonable go at settling in the nominating province.
Therefore, they are putting the obligation on you to continue to hold the real intention to settle in Ontario, and prove it if required.

Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of the nomination certificate.
