I would like to thank all in this forum for their help and support. i got my visa stamped . I will provide all possible details about my admit and visa so others can benefit from it.

Degree: B.E in Electronics and communication(graduated in 2010 May)
Score: 82 percentage over-all
12th : 96%
10th : 84%
Work Exp
Company : Infosys Ltd
Duration : Jun 2010 to April 2012
Designation : System Engineer
Company : Verizon Data Services India
Duration : April 12 to Oct 12
Designation : Software Engineer.
Both my ventures as software engineer is not relevant to my proposed course of study.
IELTS :
Score : Band 7(r-7.5,L-7.5,W-6.5,S-6.5)
Exam Date: April 2nd
Colleges and Courses Applied
UBC -MEng Electrical and Computer science(Accepted -submitted application on 7th may ---got admit on 14th September)--1 year course
Waterloo - Meng Electrical and Comp science(Accepted on Oct 1st)
McMaster - Meng Electrical and comp science(Rejected on Oct 9)
Queens -MASc in ECE (Rejected on Oct 15)
SFU -MASC in ECE(Rejected in august)
Concordia -MASC in ECE(Got MEng on Oct last week)
I had high hopes for MASc in Concordia but later understood that interns,presentations and conferences would have helped me in securing an MASC admit. I had none. UBC was my first choice on any given day for MEng and Once i got my admit started my loan and other procedures.
Bank Loan
My tuition Fees was 17K dollars and living cost wud be 12,000. Applied for a bank loan of almost 30,000 dollars and got sanctioned 14.5 lacs (approx 27,000 dollars).Started bank loan application on -20th September and it took me more than a month to get the sanction letter.I Paid my fees on Nov 3rd through bank.
Visa Documents.
My consultant (GomapleConsultants) advised me to follow the checklist strictly as any extra document would cost additional burden for the visa officer.Please find below the list of documents i submitted.

4.Student questionnaire
5.Letter of acceptance
Optional--Cover letter explaining the proof of funds .This is not an SOP just explained how i m gonna cover my living cost n tuition.
6.Sanction Letter(27,000 CAD)
7.Bank statement (saving 2.5 lacs ---account is 2 months old)-bank statment for the month of september,oct and nov.
8.Fees receipt--Paid first semester fee
9. Pre-Medical Form
10. Attested photo copies of Mark sheets and degree certificates.
11. IELTS score.
i dint attach Temporary Resident visa form as the checklist doesn't say so.
Applied Visa on 7th November and got my visa stamped on 16th November and dispatched on 19th and Received on 20th.
Official Working Days- 7 days
