Got my visa! But can I carry these documents with me?

I wanted to ask. I got my Visa, few days ago. I am currently in Pakistan but I plan to travel soon. I have a brother in Canada. Can someone answer my question...

Can I bring my brother's college degrees with me in my hand carry so that I can hand them over to him, in Canada?

Or will the border agency question and stop me from carrying them?

why not put them in the bag instead which will not be with you?
