got my letter of acceptance - next step pls help

Please help
I'm a foreign worker here in Calgary with valid work visa. I want to pursue my education and got my letter of acceptance from one of the colleges here in Calgary. Please guide me which application package should I use to get a study permit, I also want to send my application online. I dont want to mess up my application by using a wrong form.

Hi! I am from Calgary as well. I think it's TRV again like your previous permit. Only this time, instead of work permit, it is going to be a study permit.
