Got my Citizenship test next week and i lost my Expired passport !

My Canadian Citizenship test is next week ...and on letter it says bring passport (current n Expired)
i do have my current passport but i cant find my old expired passport ...
can anyone tell me that will they allow me to write test ?
what they need expired passport for ? if its only to check first stamp then i do have landing papers ..

plz reply ...m confused ..

They will let you write the test. However not having your old/expired passport with you significantly increases your chances of receiving RQ. They use the old/expired passport to confirm that you have been living in Canada for the number of days you claimed in your citizenship application.

Just to add...

Do everything you can to find your old passport before your exam date. If you end up with RQ, this could delay your citizenship application process by an extra year or more.
