Got my AIP but GC acc. says no medical required even after submitting medical in July

Got my AIP on 5th September, but my GC account is the same.
It says your application is in process and you don't need medical exam.
I submitted my medical and applied for a visa on 28th July.
SDS category, India.
I started my studies as I already had a gap year.
Is anyone else facing this issue?

This is not a issue just a normal process although a bit slow
