Got LMO? Whats next?

I just received positive LMO?

1. I have scanned version of the confirmation letter?
I want to apply for Federal Skills Worker Visa. Do I need to include the original LMO confirmation document in my application or I can print the scanned version?

2. Also I would like to ask about TOEFL result.
I have one original document (British council only gives you one original) and 2 copies made in British Council with stamps confirming that they are legitimate copies of the original.
Can I send this copies or I need to send the original.

3. With my application form, do I need to send my and my spouse passports or I need to send only copy of them?

It took about 3-4 weeks.
It was pretty fast I guess.
I was expected at least 2 months but...
