Got letter from IRCC for providing educational transcripts for student visa application

My daughters Study Visa application in process, she has done grade 12 in commerce and got a letter of acceptance from KPU in 2 years under graduate diploma. she applied from india , now we got a letter from ircc asking to provide educational transcripts even though we have already attached grade 10 and grade 12 marksheets at the time of application..

what are we supposed to provide now? any advise

Did she submit transcripts, not mark sheets?

she submitted the marksheets of grade 10 and grade 12 at the time of visa application

does iRCC need grade 11 marksheets as well ?

She needs to submit transcripts. Transcripts are complete assessments of courses completed. Surprised she got offer without transcripts. Why did you skip grade 11. Transcripts would provide all grades.

Transcripts were provided to the the university before getting an offer letter , which was sent directly by the school to the KPU Vancouver .

For visa application , we thought Marksheets are fine thats what we used for my sons visa which was approved back in jul 2022

Officer wants to have transcripts so provide what was asked.
