i just wanted to ask that i applied for Arrange Employement thru an agent and got my offer letter in last march 12 , and after that he told me that he had submitted the letter for approval in HRDC but till date i have got no response he is saying its not yet approved. please tell me the scenario and do letter takes a year to get approved. i really appreciate if you reply back.

Actually first offer who generate by Employer is nothing that is piece of paper and you signed and gave it back actually game start when Employer apply for HRDC..........actually i tell you what happened ......AEO must comes out in Six month either positive or negative.......ok if positive your agent will tell that its approved and if its negative then your agent do not tell you and apply again himself ..and tell client its in process for avoiding giving money back so this is main reason..........as client do not involve in process he is totally blind about the actual position. I hope you will understand and may ask further if you have any doubt
