Hi dear forum readers,

I got job offer from canada, so i want to hear from you about my next steps.

My employer is waiting from me to give them more direction.

Apart from all the documents and IELTS, the employer should submits an Arranged Employment Opinion to HRSDC Canada. - What is the waiting period for this.

Also, i have to include the job offer and hopefully the positive response by HRSDC. - The documents must be the original or they can be scanned and then printed.

I got job offer signed, scanned and sent by e-mail. But is this valid? Can I just print it and sent to the embassy.

And now the complicated question.... I will apply for FWS visa, i am married and my wife is pregnant. At the moment i will apply onlu for the two of us, but i guess by the time we get the answer, we will have baby.
And this really complicate things, and i don't know if i should apply at all? What will happen, the baby wouldn't have documents. Probably the company would wait me to apply for the baby documents.
My questions are:
Can I enter Canada alone, to leave my wife back home and to wait for my baby visa, so then they can come?
If both of us enter Canada, can my wife immediately get back to care for the baby and apply for its visa?
How long is the waiting period for the baby?
When we apply, is there any interview, should we stated somewhere that we are expecting baby.

Guys, pls help, i am really really confused about my options here.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Complete Procedure Takes time......

1. Employer offer signed and send it scanned copy back no problem
2. Your Employer will apply for AEO (Arranged Employment Opinion) from HRDC (Takes 6 Months)
3. You will send the complete application to Nova Scotia Canada (4 Month for Initial approval it may less or more)
4. Your file will be transferred to your visa office (it may take time no one can guess about it)

So do not worry keep calm. when you get initial approval from Nova Scotia Canada and your file will be transferred to your visa office at that time you may update your visa office about your baby with processing fee...........apart of above if you need any help we are here ...

Thanks a lot awai ali for the replay.

As i see, there will be lot of waiting :(((

If i get it right, the first thing to do is to get AEO from HRDC. For this, i can sign the job offer, scan and send via e-mail, they will sign in their side and send it to HRDC.
About the job offer, what should be placed in the hire date? We don't know how long can this all process take. For example if we put 1st may, what if they start reviewing my application in August, will the job offer be valid. Or should we put Nov-Dec, or just to put, the hire date will be one month after the visa approval, or immediate after visa approval.

As i understand you, because of AEO and HRDC, i will have at least 6 month to prepare the other visa documents, like experience documents, IELTS etc.

Final question, hipoteticaly, because this whole process may take a lot, what if after i get AEO from HRDC and applied for visa, and i didn't get response for couple of months, the company to get pissed of and to cancel my job offer, will my visa application still be valid.
The company is prepared to wait me for some time, but i am not sure that they will wait me for a year. And the whole process of applying cost a lot, they are not covering it, that's way with your help i want to estimate my chances.
I don't want to spend lot of money for nothing.

Tnanks

I try to simple answer of your question.........the whole process may take at least 1 year and format of your job by employer should be like this then visa officer will issue you the visa ............in job offer this must be written that offer is permanent and indeterminately .......mean open for until your arrival so........if company hiring you, company must aware it takes the time...........and nearly your medical visa office again will ask you some documents from employer if you are not able to provide those then your application will be turned down......and please let me know in which country you are.......?????

Actually your AEO will be valid for 2 year from the date of issue and your employer must be willing to wait such a long time how much it may be............so your offer must be open at least for your arrival at Canada whenever you got it this is simple format for embassy.......do not hesitate to ask any question ....

If AOE is walid 2 years from the date of issues, then the date in the job offer is irrelevant, because by applying for AOE the company is taking the responsibilities to wait for me up to 2 years? Am i correct?

If in the job offer, they put that the offer is permanent and indeterminately (open until my arrival in Canada) then i will be fine.

What do you mean by this "and nearly your medical visa office again will ask you some documents from employer if you are not able to provide those then your application will be turned down"

After i apply for visa, in my local Canadian immigration office, they will ask for more documents from my employer, although i already provided them with job offer and positive AOE.

I am comming from Serbia.
Responsible office for Visa is Vienna.
But in your post you stated that after i got AOE i need to apply to Nova Scotia Canada. - Does this means i don't need to apply in Vienna?

What do you mean by this "and nearly your medical visa office again will ask you some documents from employer if you are not able to provide those then your application will be turned down" (as you shows your concern that company may get off at any time from offer so while in process the visa office will ask you again some doc from employer to judge that offer is still open)

When they will be send to the local office, in this example Vienna, what is the processing time.
They will be processed again from scratch, or they will have priority because they were checked in nova scotia.

Knowing my case, if i apply in 1st may, what would you suggest to be the hire date in the job offer?

This process with arranged job seems much harder than applying for regular skills worker visa.

Nova Scotia takes often two to three month for initial approval its also called PER ......pre eligibility review...in job offer one process is more than normal immigration application that is AEO.....rest of the things are same.......in the mean time you should visit www.cic.gc.ca so that you can get an idea ......

In your local visa office often they will do the verification of your work experience and other information what you have submitted .......they will not start blindly but they will take the cares of thing what do you have submitted to Nova Scotia........so.........

in your job offer hire date does not matter.....it must be open and for indeterminate period so date does not matter and i hope it will be the same which you have signed and scanned give it back to your employer for AEO approval........

After I get AEO, i should apply in nova Scotia with the same formulars as for Skilled Worker Visa? Or there are other documents to fill? Please confirm

Yes with the same formula .........but one thing more your initial job offer from your employer and AEO.........and less is proof of funds that is not applicable to AEO applicants........

Do you think i will be proceed faster if i have proof of money in bank, although i don't need it, and also does it help if my wife is having good IELTS , besides me as a primary applicant.

Money does not help you.............IELTS of your wife may help you just in points but that does not put you in fast track........
