Got ITA under EE CEC draw but is my work experience really counted as Canadian experience for CEC ?

I have one situation regards to today's (July 17, 2024) ITA received under CEC Express Entry draw (Cut off: 515).

My CRS score is 516 and received an ITA under CEC.

I was a full time student till May, 2024 and I was also working as per the IRCC announcement (work allowed more than 20 hours while studying) so that it can count towards work experience equivalent to full time in Canada (30 hours per week). I have entered my work experience in profile accordingly since start and currently I am working in the same full time position.

Shall I go ahead and accept the invitation as counting my work experience as full time work experience while I was on study permit to satisfy CEC
OR
shall I consider work experience for CEC which I have gained only after I received completion letter and work permit since May, 2024 and decline the ITA ?

Work experience gained while studying cannot be counted towards CEC. Only work experience gained from the time you submitted your PGWP application can be counted. Decline ITA.
