Got ITA, LMIA Expired, Need Advise on few things

Hello, I have been working in canada for 1year and 6 months base on a lmia. My current work permit was based on that LMIA. Now my work permit is less than 6 months.
What will happen if I get an IRA through CAE, but will my PR is in process my work permit expired. Can I still claim the to points for the job offer or not? And why?
