Got GCMS notes, what is the difference between security screening vs security clearance?

In my GCMS notes in the section for security it says

Type: Security Clearance

I have applied for citizenship since December 2021 and my security has started in August 2022. It’s still in progress.
I have seen some people posting their gcms notes but it’s mentioned “Security Screening” for their type but mine is “Security Clearance”

is there a difference between the two? Anyone knows what it means?

Y’a it’s pending. Criminality pass but security been in progress so far. I ordered cbsa notes and never received them. Filed OIC complaint and nothing happened. Contacted my MP and got ghosted lol. So ya I feel like IRCC just don’t care about me anymore
