Hello,

Since 10yrs me and wife staying in the USA and my wife (primary applicant) planning to apply for Canada PR and me and my kids as a dependent.

In 2013 I got a DUI and I have opted deferred prosecution ( i.e. completed a 2yrs rehab program, paid court fine ) and my probation will end in NOV2018.

My question, If I apply for Canada PR, will it get approved? And if so, will there be any issues during the port of entry in Canada.

Did anyone got succeeded like my kind of situation?

Thanks in advance for responses.

You are inadmissible to Canada until 2023 (five years after you complete probation). No point applying for PR - it will be refused due to your inadmissibility.
