Could someone explain to me what am missing wrong. I applied student visa twice and i got denied. going for Business admin.undergraduate Meanwhile my school fees had been paid for. I submitted enough document such has: Land documentation that shown my name on it. Dad's properties documents. I listed it on my SOP that i am a property owner, In line of business and I do always receive Yearly lease payment that shown. in my bank statement.I provided a sponsoring letter from dad and his personal bank statement. that he have my back always. I have a son and I also presented his birth certificate and my sisters declaration affidavit. bank Account sufficient.
The Immigration officer stated on the GCM files that: Prev travel history not sufficient demonstrated. Consider program, Applicants travel history, Available assets/funds. Family ties and reasons to return home country for general establishment in home country. I am not satisfied the course of study makes sens given PA's history and education which leads to concerns the PA is Levering the SP program as an entry to Canada and not for academic reasons. I am not satisfied the PA is sufficiently established to motivate them leave CDA at the end of an Authorized stay. Application refused.
