Is there anybody to HELP me. I got AOR recently by e-mail. CIO recommended application to process further. Now my questions are:#

1. Though they accepted my application to process further can I assume now that they accepted my NOC as well as JOB responsibilites? Is there any chance to refuse my application for NOC and JOB responsibilities at a later stage?
2. CIO asked for original and up to date letters of reference fom current and past employers. In case of past employer, what does up to date mean whereas I left that job 3 years ago?
3. The e-AOR ssays to send the full application to CND High Commission located at Robinson Rd, Singapore. But the visa office specific instruction of Singapore instructs to send it to the CND HC located at Geaorge Street, Singapore. To what address should I send the full application?

Please help answering the above questions. I will be really gratefull.

Don't worry about NOC, Your noc and main job responsibilities are accepted, of course later your reference letter will explain your duties in detail to local CHC office with full application.

2. CIO asked for original and up to date letters of reference fom current and past employers. In case of past employer, what does up to date mean whereas I left that job 3 years ago?

Yes, they need updated letters, contact your employer and request a job reference letter. Remember, you letter should include, your duties and responsiblities, your duration of employment, your salary, position or titles you have had.... on official pad of company included one business card of the person who is signing that letter. IF there is any problem for obtaining refrence letter, then I'll recommend you write a cover letter with explanation why you are unable to obtain refrence letter, also give them proofs like salary slipes, tax returns etc as proof that you was employed.

3. The e-AOR ssays to send the full application to CND High Commission located at Robinson Rd, Singapore. But the visa office specific instruction of Singapore instructs to send it to the CND HC located at Geaorge Street, Singapore. To what address should I send the full application?

Are you sure CIC letter or You have Updated adress of CND High Comission? maybe adress is outdated, check it please.

Please help answering the above questions. I will be really gratefull.

Visa Offices at 2nd stage can refuse applications if applicant do not fall under 38, even approved by CIO

Interesting..........
While CIO is only for Checking Up, wether Applicant is under 38 list of not, ..... What do you think that What they do if they can't check NOC???? Later stage maybe be refuse base of lake of sufficient information, As CIO wont look at your claimed ouccpations in deep like reference letters etc. Some one may refuse as he/she clamined NOC under 38, explained main duties and got approved from CIO .. but when submitted orignal refrence letter apear different then what was claim.

I am tottaly disagree with you.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Upon receipt of your application or the expiry of the 120 day deadline, a visa officer will make a final determination of eligibility for processing based on the information on file.

If your application does not qualify for processing under the Ministerial Instructions you will be sent a letter that:

Provides details on the reason why your application is not eligible for processing, and
Confirms that a refund for the processing fee will be issued

As you don't send experience letters to CIO Sydney, if your duties in your experience letters from your employer don't match the claimed NOC, then the visa office will refuse.
