I applied on 2nd Feb with full application through sds. On March 13th I received an update which were saying to upload IELTS Form. Which my consultant didn’t upload it intentionally on applying time.Bc he wants that CIC get documents from us. Which will a positive thing.

Okay. Though a stupid move from agent. You don't play with someone's future on the assumption that IRCC will ask for documents. Lack of professionalism.
