Just want to share my timeline. I'm from India and have 6 year study gap. Did 12th grade with poor grades(percentage in 50s) in 2014 and didn't do anything else after that. Applied for 2 year course from Seneca. Did have work experience, had good score in PTE-A(English test) and course was relevant to my line of work. Had travel history.

Aug 5 - Submitted online application
Aug 6 - Biometrics request
Nov 19 - Completed biometrics(at Dubai)
Nov 19 - Medical request
Nov 20 - Did medical(at Dubai)
Nov 27 - Medical passed
Nov 30 - BVL and OPR

Hey did you received any email regarding decision or it was directly updated in your GC account?

I did get couple of updates(for BVL and OPR) in email which asked me to check GC account. So the latter.
